The Canter & Co Crew is our ambassador program for people who want to represent Canter & Co, share what they love, connect with others in the horse, livestock, and agricultural communities, and help our small business grow along the way.

We’re keeping our Crew small and intentional. We’re not looking for the biggest following, the fanciest horse, or the most impressive show record—we’re looking for genuine people who love their community and are excited to be part of what we’re building.

What is the Canter & Co Crew?

The Canter & Co Crew is more than just an ambassador program—it’s a small community of people who genuinely enjoy Canter & Co and want to be part of growing the brand.

As a Crew member, you’ll represent Canter & Co both online and within your own community. That might mean sharing your favorite finds, tagging us in your everyday adventures, taking us along to shows and events, introducing others to Canter & Co, or simply showing off the products you already love.

Most importantly, we want our Crew to feel genuine. We’re not looking for scripted posts or constant promotion. We want real people sharing real experiences while having fun and being part of the Canter & Co community.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need thousands of followers or a packed show schedule to be a great fit for the Canter & Co Crew. We care more about genuine connections, involvement, and enthusiasm than numbers.

Our ideal Crew members are:

• Active on social media with a public account
• Comfortable sharing and tagging Canter & Co in posts, stories, and everyday moments
• Involved in their local community—whether that’s horses, livestock, 4-H, showing, agriculture, or something in between
• Friendly, positive, and excited to connect with others
• Genuine supporters of Canter & Co and what we’re building
• Willing to create authentic content featuring products they receive or purchase
• Reliable and able to stay involved throughout their Crew term

Most importantly, be yourself. We want each Crew member to bring their own personality, interests, and community to Canter & Co.

Being Part of the Crew

Being a Canter & Co Crew member is all about showing up, sharing what you love, and representing Canter & Co in a genuine way.

Throughout your Crew term, we’ll ask you to:

• Share Canter & Co naturally through your social media and within your community
• Create and share content featuring Canter & Co products
• Tag Canter & Co so we can see—and share—what you’re up to
• Share your personal discount code with friends, family, followers, and others in your community
• Stay active, engaged, and in communication with us
• Represent Canter & Co in a positive and respectful way
• Have fun with it! We want your content to feel like you, not an advertisement.

We chose to keep the Canter & Co Crew small because we want our ambassadors to truly feel like part of the brand—not just another name on a list.

Your Crew Term

Our next Canter & Co Crew will serve through December 31, 2027, giving us plenty of time to grow, create, and have some fun together!

Because we’re looking for Crew members who want to be genuinely involved, we do ask that applicants are ready to commit for the full term.

Selected Crew members will receive a complete ambassador agreement outlining program expectations, perks, and other details before officially joining the Crew.

New Crew Announced: October 1, 2026
